Allow Vote ranking
Users would like to be able to vote on multiple items but have some votes count for more than others. For example maybe can give 1-5 up or down votes per item.
What I'm hearing from users is that they see many items they want to vote on but some more than others....

Just take a look in uservoice.com. You can put an extra if you consider karma, by adding extra votes for users with more voted suggestions, in a log scale, for ex: you get 1 vote if 4 voted in you, 2 votes if 8 voted, 3 if 16 and so on.
