Support for HTTP Digest and other authentication services

Would provide a support for protected blogs, such as those on LiveJournal (when used in conjunction with a valid LiveJournal account). Users could use Google Reader to subscribe to GMail too.

Would allow subscribing to .htaccess protected feeds using addresses like "http://user:pass@domain.com/blog/rss/"
