Custom CSS-friendlyness

I have been quite successful in creating some CSS overrides in order to customize SimpleGTD's look.

Despite I really like its simple and clean interface, there are some aspects that I'm tuning to feel more confortable with (as SimpleGTD is definitely a tool I use on a daily basis) like using the most suitable font of the platform I'm working at (Lucida Grande on Mac OS X, Tahoma on Windows XP, NewRodin on the PSP...).

For this customisation to be easier and full, it would be great if all the elements define their style with a class, since some of them are hardcoded (such as the plus/minus signs for expanding/collapsing contexts).
